Project Description

Rotary Club of Pokhara Paradise, in collaboration with Pokhara Aged Shelter, organized a relief and support program for the family of Mr. Dig Bahadur Rai (66 yrs in Faparcharey Village, Pokhara-21, addressing mobility, education, and basic livelihood needs. Mr. Rai, who lost a leg 16 years ago due to rheumatic disease, requires a wheelchair for mobility. His wife works as a daily wage laborer, and they care for two granddaughters after the death of the children’s mother. The father works in India and is rarely home.
